Apgar Construction (NAT-20901-0) is one of the first New Jersey remodeling companies to complete the EPA certification requirements for Lead Safe remodeling under the new Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP). These rules are intended to protect homeowners from the potential dangers of lead disturbed during the remodeling process and applies to all homes built before 1978.
