Addition project - Ranch Expansion
This ranch home lacked a large kitchen and eating area. Working with an Architect we came up with a plan to expand the home and provide them with a wonderful new space.
Framing is underway and careful attention is made to keep the existing space dry during the construction process.
The addition is completed with vertical board and batten siding along with a large bank of windows bringing in lots of natural light.

Addition project - Farm House Remodel and Addition
This aging farmhouse needed a whole house renovation along with a substantial addition. This project included adding a master suite and custom kitchen along with radiant floor heat throughout the existing house and addition.
A new porch was built and the entire home received cement board siding and composite trim along with a standing seam roof on the addition.
